The machine is used for cutting apples together with the core. It can also be used for cutting pears, onions, beetroot and other fruit and vegetables.

 

The machine is equipped with blades. The distance between the blades can be adjusted in a way that it changes the thickness of the slice by changing the distance between the blades.

 

Fruit and vegetables are loaded into the machine manually. The slices are falling on the conveyor that carries them to the next processing step.
