The MAT-ING Company is one of the leading producers of food processing equipment and other processing equipment in the region. The offices and production facilities are located in Niš, the largest city on the South of Serbia.
Since it's founding in 1991, the goal of our company has been to provide the best processing technologies to our clients, helping them grow their business.
History
The MAT-ING Company was founded in 1991 as an answer to the market's growing demand for food processing technology. After having great success with bakery equipment production, the company ventured into other food processing technologies and is on an ongoing pursuit of technological innovation in the service of food processing. Since it's first dough mixer back in the 1991 the company has been growing, both in terms of production facilities and capabilities and in terms of personnel. At the moment it employs more than 50 highly qualified technical personnel and has a research and development office which is in continuous effort to design the best quality products.
Since it's founding the company has expanded it’s assortment and developed into a respectable manufacturer of bakery equipment, fruit and vegetable processing equipment and other food processing equipment. We have also produced machines for the meat and milk processing industries, the beverage industry as well as equipment for medical facilities and the pharmaceutical industry.
The company occupies an area of 20 000 square meters of outdoor space and 3000 square meters of indoor production facilities with overhead cranes, as well as around 1000 square meters of storage space.
Our company has done business on the markets of Russia, Africa, EU, Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia and is in constant pursuit of innovation and expansion to new markets.
Bakery equipment
Reference bakeries, producing bread and baked goods are spread all over our region. We have developed, designed, manufactured, installed and maintained industrial production lines as well as small craft bakeries. We provide baking technology for every step of the process – starting with flour sieving, kneading, dividing and molding dough, through to proving and finally baking, cooling and packing. We supply technical solutions that meet the highest expectations. In close cooperation with our clients we develop concepts that comply with the market requirements or are setting future trends in industrial production of baked goods.
Fruit and vegetable processing equipment
Flexible production lines, innovative technologies and highly personalized solutions characterize the activity of the MAT-ING company in the fruit and vegetable processing industry. Our main goals are better performances, safety for the operators, process automation and reduction of the contamination of the end product as well as the safeguard of the qualities of fruits and vegetables. We provide all necessary equipment for every step of fruit and vegetable processing.
MAT-ING offers solutions for all types of fruit processing, starting with harvesting, washing, calibrating, pitting, cutting or mashing, juicing or drying, storing, preserving and finally packaging. Applying modern processing technologies and refining methods in our production lines, fruit processing with our equipment preserves the natural flavor and the nutritional value of the fruit.
