This machine is intended for washing different types of fruit and vegetable in a production line as a first step in the process of preparing fruit for deep freezing, drying, mashing and further thermal processing and conservation.

 

The machine is especially suitable for washing berries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, apples and mushrooms

 

This machine can be adjusted for different working conditions, depending on the type and quality of the fruit and vegetable.

 

The machine is equipped with a perforated bottom bathtub. High speed air is blown inside the bathtub which causes the water in the bathtub to grumble. This grumbling water is washing the fruits and directing them towards the conveyor. The conveyor is transporting the washed fruit to the rinsing section and after rinsing to another machine.
